Forum Properties Holdings Pvt Ltd has received RERA approval (RERA Registration No.: WBRERA/P/NOR/2023/000675) for selling developed plots only.


The incoming buyers may get villas or even high-rise buildings constructed upon their respective plots as per prescribed design guidelines as per law.



Forum Estates is an integrated township project or “city within a city” consisting of a network of roads and other infrastructure which may in future also be accessed by other developments that are not part of the current approvals.


The residential portions of such integrated township projects are instead referred to as “secured living”, with 24/7 robust security and surveillance apparatus, and multi-tier access control systems that are privately managed. However, such projects are not be “gated” in the sense of being bounded, non-expansive and limited to a certain pre-defined number of homes like a regular “gated housing community”.
